Buy, beg, borrow for December

In case you need some gift buying inspiration

1 Start Rite Mary Janes in red patent are surely the ultimate little girls party shoes? Grier would love these.

2 Rought Cut Diamond Eternity Band I love the look and feel or rough diamonds, and I love the juxtaposition of grey diamonds and rose gold.

Mokulock Wooden Blocks are so cool. Made from maple and birch they will fit with standard Lego blocks.

4 Felt and Fabric Wreath from Etsy seller onelittlemango is lovely. I like the colours are a little non traditional.

5 Christmas Blend Loose Tea sounds absolutely delicious.

Buy, beg, borrow for November

It's still November (just) so here are some lovely bits for this month.

November 2013.jpg

1 Moomin Tea Black tea with rhubarb and strawberry flavours. Moomin Tea people. I'll just let that sink in for a while.

2 Skater Hoodie by Sofie Schnoor Brodie loves hoodies and they are great in colder weather but sometimes they can be a little um, teenage? This one has a cool look and mummy friendly design.

3.Hygge by Mint Velvet Batwing Tee Good t shirts are hard to find but this one looks like it would be a good addition. A tiny bit special and whole lot comfy. This is the new loungewear range by one of my favourite brands.

4Marrons Glace candle from Laduree I haven't actually sniffed this candle (the downside of internet window shopping) but I'm willing to be it will be quite delicious.

"A wonderfully wintery scent from Laduree which fills the room with the round, tasty and smooth sweetness of glazed chestnuts". Sound good?

5 Luxury Advent Calendar from Cocoa Boutique Salted Caramels and Champagne Snowballs? Oh go on then......

Buy, beg, borrow for October

Better late than never?

1 Blodwen Mugs from Plumo  hands up who'd like to buy me these?

2 Childs Bracelet by PureImpressions on Etsy  I found this after writing my brave post and think it would make a lovely gift

3 Alphabet Paper Tape from Graham and Green  is very cool and I can think of so many ways to use it.

4 teapigs One for the Boys gift set  is not just for the boys I say. I would love this tea maker with three 'gutsy' teas to try. Bring it on!

5 Marine Tea Paper Animals from Bimbily  are amazing. Brodie would love these, are you listening Santa?

Any must have purchases tempting you this month?

Buy, beg, borrow for September

There's a nip in the air. It's time for snuggling up and keeping cosy, wouldn't you agree?

september 2013.jpg

1 Jute laptop bag from Talented Totes  I never take my laptop anywhere, other than from kitchen table to sofa, but if I did I'd transport it in one of these. The print is all kinds of wonderful and it's ethically audited and fairly traded.

2 Bows cardigan from Mango kids in mustard  I'm on the hunt for a mustard cardigan. This one from Mango kids totally fits the bill, but might be a little snug? Would be perfect for a little lady though.

3 Oliver Bonas Alphabet Sleepsuit I think this is cuter than cute. I have a real obsession with monograms. If B and G were little enough this would be perfect.

4 Hebden Winter Warmer Pumpkin Tea Ok, so I haven't actually tasted this but it sounds absolutely delicious.

5 The Boho Press retro typewriter screen printed tote  A handmade bag of unbleached cotton. This would be just the thing for toting piles of jotters and books back and forth to school.

Anything you'd add to my September list?

Buy, beg, borrow for July

Um, like I needed an excuse for virtual shopping. I've created this list of things I covet this month. Buying, begging, borrowing are all allowed but no stealing please. That kind of thing can end you up in hot water.
